Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver outside BC?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Canada.

Why do the prices of some strains go up and down?

Prices of some strains vary depending on the quality or grower as some charge a bit more than others.

Why do the photos of some weed / flower strains look different than before?

Sometimes there are differences in looks from different batches depending on growers etc. We take photos of each batch and update photos of each batch to ensure that you are still getting what you see.

Why did I received an extra item with my order?

If you received an extra item in your order it’s because sometimes we like to give our customers a bit extra.

What is the delivery time?

All orders are shipped via Xpresspost and generally take 2-3 business days. If you live in a rural area delivery time may take a few extra days. Seasonal holidays may also delay delivery time.

How long will it take to process my order?

Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your E-Transfer to us. We keep the order on hold until the payment is received. If there has been no payment after 48 hours, then the order is cancelled.

What if I don't get my order?

We send out tracking numbers after the postage is paid for. Sometimes we don’t ship orders out until the following day due to cutoff times. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update, if it still has not changed feel free to contact us at: customerservicegpd1@gmail.com and we will happily look into it for you. If your order doesn’t arrive 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us at customerservicegpd1@gmail.com. You may also check the tracking number to see where it is. If you are in a hurry you may also contact Canada Post and they will look into where your parcel is.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, to protect and keep our confidentiality, we do not send back e-transfers. Please send us an e-mail to customerservicegpd1@gmail.com with your Name, Order # and concern and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Why can't I receive emails from you?

Don’t worry; this is a common issue, with an easy fix. Assuming your email address is indeed correct, after opening up your email look beyond your inbox and try to find your spam folder. Our automated emails are fairly often incorrectly labelled as spam. In order to prevent this problem from recurring, simply click “Not Spam” or “Report not spam” if you’re using GMail. Other email service providers have different interfaces but nearly all offer this capability.
